What's in your food?
FAKE FOOD: 80% of the food items found in Americas largest grocery retailers are packaged, processed and preserved food items desinged for consumer convenience and a long shelf life. Genreally they are located in the front and center of the store. The other 20% are what I consider the REAL food, (produce, meat, fish dairy, fresh baked goods, dairy, whole nuts, grains and oils. These items are typically located on the perimerter of the store in abig U shape. This is where I shop mostly. What is astounding is while traveling abroad I have noticed it’s the direct opposite. Most grocery stores in France, Spain, Germany, or Italy are jam packed with wholesome ingredients direct from farmers and producers with very little fake foods in between. TOXINS AS FOOD: These center aisle items are nutrient deficient, designed and marketing for the sole purpose of your convenience and corporate profit. This multi billion-dollar industry does not concern itself with your health. They want things to taste good so you will buy it relgaradless of any harm it might casue. These fake foods can legally contain some of the following FDA approved non-food or nutritionally dead ingredients: High fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, Genetically Modified corn, soy and sugar, Sodium Nitrate, BHA/BHT, MSG, Propylene Glycol, Potassium Bromate, Aspartame, Sodium Chloride, added trans fat, Olestra, rBGH, Butane, Carrageenan, Propyl Parabens, Aluminum… all have been linked to disease. GMO'S AND GE FOOD: Not tested properly for safety before being approved by the FDA as safe to eat, and now the World Health Organizations thinks that GMO's could be dangerous to humans. Yes, chemical and drug companies (Monsanto, Syngenta and Bayer) have been behind the scene of your food supply chain for over 25 years now. Producers of the deadly toxins DDT and Agent Orange are now in the agriculture business. Does this seem like a logical move to you? BREAKING NEWS: As of November 2016 Sonoma is the sixth California county, after Marin, Humboldt, Mendocino, Santa Cruz and Trinity to BAN GMO's!!!! Mendocino's ban was the first in the United States. THE ENGINEERING OF GENETICS IN FOOD: Injecting a toxin and sometimes a pesticide into the seeds' DNA and once planted, spraying it with high doses of "ROUND-UP" containing Glyphosate, to KILL EVERYTHING EXCEPT THAT ONE CROP, CREATING HUGE MONOCULTURES OF TOXIC FARMLAND does not sound healthy at all. 90% of all sugar beets, Hawaiian papaya, canola, soy, and corn are genetically engineered and are all currently being sold to you as NATURAL. In 2015 they added the potato, apple and salmon. These crops are also processed and used in about 80% of all packaged and processed foods. They are also fed to livestock and chickens. This is the scary part. These animal eat the crops that contain the GMO and Glyphosate.... we in turn eat the animals/eggs/milk. As a result of this contamination, either directly or indirectly, we are getting sick. Science has linked medical conditions, such as Celiac, ADHD, Gluten sensitivuty, autism, alzheimers, dementia, depression, MS, Parkinsons and rhuematoid arthritus, with the advent of GMO seeds and the massive spraying of Glyphosate in the USA.
